These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 545bd platform and all related services. By creating an account on 545bd or using the platform, you are fully agreeing to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

545bd is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform that operates with SSL encryption and fair play for users in Bangladesh. Protecting our users and providing a transparent experience is our highest priority.

1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the services of 545bd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You must confirm that you are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.
• Online gaming or betting activities must be lawful for you under the laws applicable in your country.
• You must not have had any account previously closed or banned on 545bd.

Registration by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, 545bd conducts an identity verification (KYC) process. The following documents may be requested prior to a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad or bank account details).

2.3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately. 545bd will not be held responsible for third-party actions.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on 545bd is ৳500 for each payment method. We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if verification is required, it may take a little longer. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Transaction Conditions

• The deposit method and the withdrawal method must be the same.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• For incomplete or failed transactions, contact support immediately.
• Accounts involved in fraudulent or deceptive transactions will be suspended.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15).

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
• Each bonus offer is redeemable once only (per person / household / device / IP address).
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn as cash — only earnings generated from the bonus after meeting the requirements are withdrawable.
• Withdrawing your balance after receiving a bonus will cancel the bonus.
• If fraudulent activity is proven in relation to any bonus offer, all bonuses and earnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

545bd has 5 VIP levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%) and Diamond (up to 0.8%). You can advance to higher levels through regular play. VIP benefits will apply according to the terms and conditions of the respective level.

545bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Detailed terms for ongoing promotions will be published separately with each offer.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Policy

All bets on 545bd are placed at the user's own discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except under special conditions for certain events). 545bd reserves the right to make decisions regarding bets placed due to technical errors.

5.2 Game Results

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method.
• If a game is interrupted due to network issues, 545bd will attempt to resume play from the last saved state.
• 545bd will not be held responsible for any loss of game progress due to internet disconnection.

5.3 Cricket Betting

Betting on all cricket events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments, is conducted under standard rules. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, bet settlement will be carried out in accordance with 545bd's sports betting rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — taking advantage by placing low-risk bets to meet bonus conditions.
• Transferring or renting an account to a third party.
• Using bots, automation software or any technical method to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or channelling illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access or hack other users' accounts.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

If prohibited activity is suspected, 545bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during the investigation. If fraud is proven, all balances in the account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by 545bd

545bd may immediately close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before closure. Contact our support for self-exclusion or to set limits as part of responsible gambling.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Changes and Amendments to the Terms

545bd reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
